Before confirming the order, it is very important to make sure that the furniture can be accessed through all the different entrances: portals, doors, elevators, and stairs until it can be placed in the chosen place.
We recommend that you follow the following instructions to avoid any incident or possible return on the day of delivery, since this would be borne by the customer:
1. Confirm that access areas are clear and wide enough for the furniture to enter.
2. It is important to measure the width and height of all access points along the entire route, such as the doorway, stairs (width, height and railings), turns, landings and access points inside the house in the different rooms that must be crossed and that are wide enough for the furniture to enter.
3. It is important to measure the width, height and interior depth of the elevator doors in case they have to be used.
4. If the furniture does not enter the house, Rue Vintage 74 SL is not responsible for the costs of returning the furniture, bearing the transport costs and possible damages at the customer's expense.
5. If the piece of furniture does not enter the house and an external lift is required to bring the piece of furniture into the house, Rue Vintage 74 SL will not cover the necessary cost.
