Shipping
The delivery time to your home is from 24h to 72h on working days (understood as such from Monday to Friday during business hours) for national shipments, except the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, in these territories the delivery time will be from 48h to 96h in days working days. On weekends and holidays no deliveries are made.
The period indicated is for all items in the store, with the exception of products made to measure, orders on demand and out of stock, the delivery time for them will depend on the type of product.
Large and particularly delicate pieces will be delivered with a door-to-door carrier to guarantee delivery in optimal conditions.
The shipping cost varies depending on the volumetric weight of the order, with 4 categories for national shipments (peninsula except the Community of Madrid): € 12 low volumetric weight; € 35 medium volumetric weight; € 90 high volumetric weight; 180 € very high volumetric weight.
4 categories for shipments to the Balearic Islands and Portugal: € 25 low volumetric weight; € 90 medium volumetric weight; € 250 high volumetric weight; € 350 very high volumetric weight.
4 categories for shipments to the Community of Madrid: € 12 low volumetric weight; € 25 medium volumetric weight; € 50 high volumetric weight; € 85 very high volumetric weight.
And 4 categories for international shipments: € 25 low volumetric weight; € 90 medium volumetric weight; € 250 high volumetric weight; € 400 very high volumetric weight
The modification of the delivery address once the order has been collected by the corresponding transport agency, will not be possible unless the client bears the costs and it is expressly agreed between the parties.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt to return it.
The first step is to contact us via email info@ruevintage74.com to provide you with the address to which you should return the merchandise. The products must be sent in the same conditions as they were delivered and with their original packaging. It is important that the products are perfectly packed together with a copy of the delivery note.
We will send the transport company to the requested address for collection.
Once the items have been received and verified that the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount.
You will receive the refund, discounting the round trip postage, of the amount in the same medium in which you made the payment and within a period of 10 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer (including promotions and offers) except if the product is defective, or by mistake, the arrival of a wrong item, in which case we assume the cost of collection.
Products made to measure for the client, orders on demand and textile furniture (chairs, armchairs, sofas or any type of upholstered seat) do not allow exchange or refunds.

The data transmission is carried out in a secure way, so it is totally reliable to use your credit card on our website. The system will contact the bank that issued your card so that you can authorize the purchase. We will only charge the card once your bank has confirmed its authenticity.
